Steps

  1. Corresponding to the colours matching to each teacher on the left, select a box within a column to book that teacher.

  2. When you choose a square to schedule a time slot, it will prompt you to confirm

Note: you can only book one meet per time slot (i.e. one meeting per row)

  1. Choose an optional reminder email, then click on “Create Appointment”.

  2. Repeat the above steps for those teachers you would like to visit. 

FAQ

How do I view my schedule?

  • Click on the “Printable Schedule” on the top to view your schedule
  • An email will also be sent as a list showing your onsite meetings

    How do I find my online meeting links? 

  • Online Meeting links (Google Meeting) will be emailed separately to as invites
  • Meeting links have also been added to reminder emails 

    Do I need to accept the calendar invites?

  • Accepting is optional - but the meeting will still take place.  If do accept the invites in your calendar, please refer to the links within each email.
  • For your convenience you can accept the invite, it is a service to help you organize your meetings 
  • Cancelling a meeting in your calendar does NOT cancel or change the meetings times in the PTC websiteto cancel or change a meeting time see below)  

Note: not all calendars will show the online meeting link, use the reminder email or log into PTC website (Pickatime) if this happens

How do I cancel and change a PTC meetings?

  • To cancel a meeting click on the “Your Schedule” on the top of the page and choose Cancel to remove a meeting.
  • To change a time, cancel first and then complete the above steps
