Test ClickShare before you use it in your classrooms. IT does tests equipment but there might be other variables at play that are specific to your laptop. Knowing that it works ahead of time will save you time and let you focus on your students rather than the technology.
Check the input of the projector. Make sure you see the ClickShare welcome screen before using ClickShare
Make sure the volume level is set correctly
Use one input at a time with your device. For instance, do not use ClickShare and HDMI at the same time
