Click on the Windows icon in the bottom left corner, and click on the Settings icon:

Select Devices if you are on Windows 10 and Bluetooth & Devices if you are on Windows 11:

Select Printers & Scanners, then select Add a printer or scanner:

Choose Teachers KM and simply click it, follow the prompts to add it, and you’re done! If it the printer does not appear, continue with the steps below.
CANNOT FIND TEACHERS KM? If the desired printer does not appear in the resulting list, select The printer that I want isn’t listed:
6. Select Select a shared printer by name. In the textbox, type \\gcsprint\Teachers KM. A list of printers should automatically appear. it should only be Teachers KM be sure to type of whole address line using the correct slash '\'. Select the desired printer and select Next:
7. Follow the prompts to add it and you’re done!
