The School (Student) Portal does not load or show up when I search or click on a saved link in my bookmarks.

The website might be down if you are searching from a established service such as Google and Bing. If you used a saved bookmark that has worked in the past, then the School's Portal in all likely cases is down and having technical issues on or end. To confirm this, please check the following before contacting the helpdesk:
1. Do other websites load on your browser? Need to confirm your internet and computer is working.
2. The school's portal URL is https://greenwoodcollege.myschoolapp.com/ see if this works. If this link does work, make sure your search and saved bookmark is accurate. If you need help with this contact us.
