At the end of each school year, all student and class folders will be archived by Hapara.
What does this mean from a teacher's perspective?
1. The completed year's classes are removed from visibility in Hapara Dashboard, and an error is displayed when logging in to Hapara Dashboard or Highlights.
2. All class and student content are still accessible through Google Drive. Teachers maintain edit rights to their Class folders, so they can navigate through the Shared with me section to locate archived Class and Student folders.
3. Once classes have been archived, teachers can move Class folders from previous years for their own filing purposes.
