For Staff who are teaching only. To connect your Parent Teacher Conference meetings in your calendar with a unique Google Meet link for each meeting follow the steps below.


Login to Pickatime via the school portal.


To connect your calendar:



1. Go to Calendar Sync and choose Google:



2. Then sign into your work account, and it will take you to your Google account:


 



You will then be prompted to grant pickatime authorization on your calendar. 




Select Allow to give permission, and then select Allow on the next pages that come up. 

 

Once you have signed into your account you will be sent back to the pickAtime website. From there you select your main Google Calendar to integrate appointments with. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE. 



Lastly, press Save and Sync.
