Use "Takeaways" to Extend your Lesson and Give Students Feedback
You need to enable Takeaways in your Pear Deck settings. This will send a digest Google doc of the slides and student's answers to their email.
Pear Deck Co-Teaching
You can now add a co-teacher to the teacher dashboard in Pear Deck. From the teacher dashboard, select "Invite Co-Teacher" and share the link with your co-teacher.
Slide Timers and Locking Student Screens
From the teacher dashboard, you have the option to "Lock Screens" to prevent students from interacting with your presentation, perhaps while you are delivering instructions. By clicking and holding the "Lock Screens" button, you will also be able to set a countdown timer so students know how long they have to finish answering a prompt.
